Great for programmable multiple steps for multiple devices. The IR extender transmitters sometimes need readjusting if they are moved inadvertently to regain good signal transmission. Need to use the help feature sometimes on touch screen if device states get out of sync and not switching as desired.

This is my first universal remote, so I'm sure part of my experience is driven by my own lack of knowledge. Nevertheless, this seems complex and non-intuitive to program. I am driving a Marantz AV receiver, LG OLED TV, Comcast box and Heos app on my phone. I have figured out how to turn everything on and set to correct input for things like Comcast DVR or Netflix which is built into the smart 4K TV. But my main difficulty is to choose the correct station or music source once the input is chosen. This seems straightforward to TV channels, but not possible for radio stations or internet radio thru Heos. I may figure it out, but for now it's beyond my simple understanding. If you buy this, be prepared to spend some time learning via trial and error.

For the high ticket price you would expect Harmony to have resolved all of the kinks for this top-of-the-line remote. Not so. First, the fast forward button (one of the most used buttons) is in a difficult place to activate. The button on top right corner is awkward to push while holding the device, furthermore, the button just below it (Stop) often gets accidentally pushed which usually takes you out of the DVR show that you're watching and back to live TV. This is very frustrating. Secondly, the key pad numeric buttons don't work very well (it's like trying to work an iPhone with gloves on). The key pad has a delay and thus it doesn't register a channel that is two or three digits (as most HD channels are). Lastly, I spent over an hour with a tech via telephone where we re-booted the device several times with no improvement. I'll be returning this remote ASAP.

Want it to work but have to constantly hit help to switch to the right Hdmi

I had this for a few days. It didn't operate my devices as intended. The projector would not turn on or off. None of the other sources would turn on/off automatically in a routine. Then I noticed the dead pixel. Normal price of $350 and a dead pixel on the low def screen? What a joke. Surely Logitech can do better than that. Returned and got stuck with a gift card, by a cute employee giving me a "return and rebuy" for price match. What a mistake. Now I am stuck with a gift card because it was "my original purchase method" (No, it was a credit card). Got 2 of my friends to purchase the same thing, but I get hosed. Great Never again.

After spind almost two weeks getting devices to work properly even w technical support, I finally had to replace the complete package. New unit works well, but designer of remote obviously is not sensitive to hand fingers reach of controls and if you have a big hand, you would not be able to use it.

This is the best investment I've ever made. I can watch my Apple TV, Blue Ray and Direct TV by a touch.

Harmony remotes used to be extremely customizable but this one can only be programed from a smart phone and the setup is really basic ... you can't put labels where you want them or move buttons. Also this does NOT control any real automation system. What ever you see on the box is all it works

Tried to like it but because the touch screen is in the center, it feels unbalanced. Also the touch screen doesn’t have the fluidity that I’m used to like on iPhones or iPads. So, I had to return it.

Bought to replace a Harmony 350. Easy to use, and I love the fact I don't need line of sight!

I bought this for the Alexa integration, and I haven't been completely disappointed. But, I also have not been over the moon. The handheld remote itself leaves you wanting a little bit as most universal remote controls will, but the integration with Alexa is worthwhile.

Once you get used to using this product, there is nothing better. Doubt I'll ever go back to another remote

Instructions are simple. Easy to program. Got all our entertainment devices to work with it.

One of the few all in one remotes i've found that works with the Amazon firestick. That's the good news, the bad news is that the buttons are awkwardly placed and the touch screen is extremely sensitive.
