    Bought this remote because of the price. Every device I have had an app for my iPhone and this remote takes about an hour to setup. Doesn't work well at all it's really slow and sometimes it doesn't even work.This remote is not worth having.

    Seemed to be an easy set up if it went easy. Product kept getting stuck in between steps and required more hook ups to my PC. Still doesn't work as good or as easy as the 9000

    love the vib. has many great set up buttoms. but it not always work . i would touch a buttom get no action . i was buying new but my old harmony worked better . now my better half reminds all the time .
