I got 3 off them on a Black Friday special 189 each

I had a Logitech remote that lasted for about 5 years. It stopped working so I replaced it with this remote. This remote is touchscreen, but it doesn't always do what you want it to do, and sometimes just sends commands on its own. When you turn off the system, sometimes it turns off the TV, sometimes not. The old remote was good, but has been discontinued. This remote is borderline junk.

Harmony remote proved to be a great solution for me.

Like the fact that it manages multiple devices with ease

Once you get everything connected it works very well. However, I had a really hard time pairing some devices and spent hours trying to set this up.

I bought this remote in hopes of replacing 4 other remotes I use. No matter what I did, this remote would not work. The software is complicated, the programming was complicated and in the end, it did not work. I have always liked Logitech, but whoever invented this remote should be fired. Do not waste your time or money on this piece of junk. Avoid it at all costs.

We had the old one and decided the new one had to be way better. No! The buttons are in a weird location that is not easy to use. They are so small and it rarely understands what we say even though we are speaking clearly, so we don’t even use that feature. It is worse than our old one. I do not recommend!

Great Product . The screen menus need work . Not seamless . Older RF remotes were better

Works fine if you just want basic functionality. Anything advance is lacking and need to figure workarounds.

This remote making life easier, but not working all the time. And it's very slow.

this remote might be awesome for people with tons of complicated devices, but it is way more than I need

Pretty complicated and has inherent problems. I would look at higher end remotes

I've used Harmony remotes for the past several (More than five) years; therefore, I'm familiar with configuring these products. I upgraded to these models in two separate rooms. Using MyHarmony and logging into old accounts required a password entry on each of the remotes. No password I could think of (Harmony, WiFi, etc.) would work. Other reviews on-line indicated similar problems. I called Logitech support. The technician and his senior support staff had no resolution to this problem. Therefore, I established two new accounts, utilizing unique e-mail addresses (One different address for each room) through MyHarmony. I setup each remote under their respective (New) accounts. This finally worked but took longer than it should have because my existing accounts were not usable and therefore settings were not importable because of the strange password issue mentioned above. I would only recommend this remote if you don't have an existing Harmony remote or if you have enough e-mail addresses to establish new account(s).

Nigh impossible to use! Thought the touch screen would help but it makes it more of a mess! Also confusingly buttons are mapped diffrently from the older remotes. The phone app is atrocious, and why would I get out my phone to contol my TV? This went straight back to BestBuy

This product worked as expected, I wish the buttons were more customizable for the price..

I am really not happy with this remote. I have had Harmony remotes before and I am really struggling with this one. I am not able to get the buttons on the display that I need and the "Watch TV" or "Watch a Movie" commands do not seem to work. I will scrap my programming and start over. Definitely do not recommend.

I was not able to set this up without borrowing my girlfriends iPad. It seemed crazy that I couldn't operate this $350 remote just using what was included and my computer / internet!

This was set up by the installers. I was instructed on how to use it and it worked fine until they left. Later,the remote would not start all the components so they came back and adjusted the dongles. Worked fine for a day but seems to require a lot of tweeking.
