    Very frustrating

The technology obviously just isn't there yet. If you're very patient and have time to waste you will probably like this remote. But it rarely works efficiently. I would not buy it again.

took the offer to trade my Harmony One for the new Ultimate Home. It works, BUT I would take my one back in a heart beat. Requires 2 handed operation, can not rest on arm of chair with out finding it on the floor. The ultimate does function BUT and I MEAN BIG BUTT it is a poor physical design. Would not recommend to a enemy let alone a friend!!!!

Great remote, only one issue I need to call the help line on. I can not get the cable box to stay on when shut off the TV.

This is an overall Great Controller. Easy to Setup TV, Uverse, and Nest Thermostat. I would recommend this product to other controller seekers. Great Choice!

    Horrible ergonomics

This remote is useless due to poor position of buttons, a very bottom heavy distribution of weight, and a bizarre and hypersensitive touch screen. I didn't like it at all and will get something else.

    Control Screens Disappear

I have owned this Remote for over a year and a half and during that time I have had numerous occasions when the "control" screen would disappear and the screen would revert back to the screen which shows which devices to turn on, etc. When selecting the "Help" option from the menu, it simply turns everything off. The "Fix It Myself" Menu is not much help, either. I have "synced" the Remote a number of times, but the problem always returns. This happens no matter what device I am using be it cable, the roof top antenna, the blu ray player or the cd player. I am frustrated by this and sometimes consider just doing away with the unit. . . .

Run, don't walk away from this

I picked this up today from my local store to replace my five year old Harmony 900, which replaced an older 600 series. I've been using these remotes for close to 10 years. I have already packed it up to return after 3 frustrating hours. The blasters don't work consistently, the device would turn on the 3 items I need to watch TV (TV, box, and AVR), but then the TV would be on the wrong input. Next time, the AVR won't turn off or the box won't turn on. It was like banging my head against the wall. Worse, when I started up the device, it offered to import my settings from my current remote. I'm thinking, awesome! Instead it copied over the settings from over a year and a half ago - when I had a different AVR and game system. thoroughly disappointed in this experience.

    absolutely unusable

There are so few buttons and there is so little screen real estate, that the product is fairly useless. Buttons have to serve double-duty (long push vs short push), and the touch screen has to be scrolled through endlessly to find desired functions - unless you memorize all the functions you program in, you'll never find the unit useful. I have had the product for a year, and I can't use it for anything more than the most rudimentary functions, and my techno-phile teenage children refuse to acknowledge its existence, saying it is much easier to juggle multiple remotes for cable, TV, amplifier, and BluRay player than to try to memorize the programming on this remote. I purchased this to replace my previous Harmony, which had been destroyed in a recliner accident, and was shocked to find how much of a step backwards this remote was. Our free Xfinity voice remote is much more useful.

Never Worked for More than 5 Minutes

Waste of money and time. Activities work for 3 - 5 minutes and then stop working. Spent 7 hours adding and deleting devices, customizing activities, teaching new buttons, etc.. No matter what, the system cannot hold the program long enough to repeat the activities more than 3 times. I have a simple setup with Onkyo receiver, Sony 55" HDTV, and Apple 4K TV. I also bought the IR blasters from the Logitech web site to hide everything in a cabinet. BEWARE--You cannot return products to Logitech--only from Best Buy! NOTE: I am now using the Apple TV remote sleep function to turn all devices on & off and it is working great as long as I don't need to change the source on the Onkyo.

Bought this with the trade in of my old harmony One. Now I know why they wanted my old one. They didn't want me to be able to go back to it. I will be returning this this weekend.
