This is used instead of the mouse pad on my laptop. I like that you can keep the usb port plugged in because it is short. Works great...this is my second one.

I bought this mouse as a accessory for my laptop. I like its small format and it works well. I do prefer mice on which the scroll wheel can be set to "click" and this one doesn't have that feature. That is outweighed by it's relatively low price.
