I have had this product for about a month now and i was skeptical at first with some of the reviews this product was getting that the corners where the iPad snaps in break. I have not removed the iPad from the case yet and so far the case/keyboard has worked great. I have not experienced any issues that I read in some of the other reviews. At this time I am giving this a 5 star.

Great case which is solid and holds the iPad in a solid position

On December 23, 2015, I joyfully went to the nearest Best Buy store because I had finally figured out the last few items I wanted to buy for my family two days before Christmas. Two of my purchases were iPad keyboards for my aunt and father, following their previous Christmas gifts: an iPad Air. Logitech - Type+ Protective Keyboard Case for Apple® iPad® Air 2 - Black Synthetic Model Number: 920-006576 SKU: 4509510 Logitech - Type+ Bluetooth Keyboard Case for Apple® iPad® Air 2 - Black Model Number: 920-006912 SKU: 9483426 To my dismay, I realized I had bought the wrong size. Today, when I went back to return them I was told they could only take one back. The explained it was past my exchange period. But it makes no sense they took one and not the other. Both are in perfectly good shape. They were never used because they didn’t fit the iPad. I went ahead and exchanged one for the right size/model, which was even more expensive than the original I purchased. I’m not concerned about the price, but as a loyal customer I want to be able to exchange the second for the right keyboard and finally get these Christmas gifts in the hands of my loved ones. I hope you can help!
