The filter was easy to order when a replacement was needed. Does what it needs to do. Price was around others I found online. Maybe a couple of dollars cheaper online with another seller. But I try to take advantage of my bestbuy points, but that has now changed. So we will see about future orders and where i decide to purchase. Good product for LG refrigerator.

I’m not sure why this filter needs a replacement every three months.

My initial reaction was “Eh it’s an air filter”. But after experiencing a 2 day blackout with no backup power, the fridge was a bit odiferous when the power came back on. Within a half day, after tossing a bunch of stuff, the fridge is as clean smelling as when we bought it. Maybe due to the cleanup but the odors aren’t there. My first fridge with an air filter and I first thought that the engineers were tasked with making more money for their products but it does seem to work! It’ll probably work better if you’re not the greatest at tossing out old stuff (just saying) but in my case it came just in time! Just changed out the filter about 2 weeks before the blackout.

Our Geek Squad people helped us place the order and gave us instructions to put the filter in. Without their help we would have been lost.

Routine maintenance item for LG fridge. Easy to replace. Works as it should. Little more expensive than should be. C’est la vie!

This item can sometimes be hard to find, but our experience has been that Best Buy has them in stock and makes shipment very easy.

This filter works good. I only have to renew twice a year, every 6 months.
