We use them for outdoor holiday lights. They work great, easy to setup and the app is simple. I highly recommend this and any other Lutron Caseta system device.

It is important that a non-dimmer switch be used for these purposes and that is what this is.

These worked in under 5 minutes. Great product, worth the few extra dollars

Integrates easily with our existing Lutron system. Of course, you pay a bit more but for all of my Lutron products, once installed, never have a problem. I’m glad I waited for this unit to come out.

I suggest you have decent wifi signal where you put this smart plug. Once connected to your app (or Pico remote) the smart plug works like it should. Now I can turn on and off my outdoor lighting with one click from inside. Nifty.
