I am an employee of Best Buy. I manage the Smart Home category (not including bidets) for our ecommerce team. My primary bias here is that I love bidets but hopefully I can let you know what I liked and didn't like about the Luxe Luxelet. TL;DR The Luxe Luxelet is super easy to install and has excellent features. You'll need a nearby outlet to power the device but won't have to tinker with the hot water line. Controls for water strength, temp, seat temp are all excellent. The dryer functions surprisingly well. My spoiled bum now hates all cold toilet seats. Pros: - No need to hook up to your hot water line. - Remote and holder for remote makes for easy and convenient placement of your controls. - Water line install super easy, as is the overall installation (took about ten minutes). - Sensing function for when you sit or stand up is great. This allows you to press the automatic wash function, which will wash and then dry you and then you can simply stand up and the dryer will turn off without you needing to push another button. - Don't need to go hunting around for TP if you have a bidet. - The seat warmer seems silly but is an absolute joy, especially in the winter. - Electronically heated water means you get warm water right away. Cons: - Need a nearby power outlet (I used an extension cord for mine). - The seat rim is a little thin at the front, which makes the fitment a little off. - Water stream can be a little thin/concentrated but the pressure settings help alleviate this. - Expensive compared to other bidets that do a similarly good job (I also have a Tushy). - The rubber grommet you fit into your existing toilet required some elbow grease for me, but mileage may vary.

Bought this near the onset of COVID. It not only solves potential toilet paper shortages, but has proven to be a bit of a life upgrade. It is very well made and is easy for all family members to use and adjust to individual needs. Bonus feature: comic relief when kids use it.

My only complaint is the way this is secured to the toilet. It uses a rubber bushing and a plastic piece that never really get tight enough and sometimes can slide from side to side. Not a major problem, and I’m sure I could tighten more and it might be better, but in the hopes of being universal, this was their solution. I’m just not sure it’s the best option.

what an experience!! Night light helps you find the way at night. the seat keeps you warm in the winter....You say there's no toilet paper....no worries. clean and dry with warm water, warm air. If you don't have one get one.
