So first and foremost, I’ll be exchanging this for another one, in hopes the new one works better than the one I have. Mine, largely refused to read CDs, and at this price, that can’t be an issue. Even brand new ones. If it does recognize a CD, I often need to start it one track two, and then back up to track one, because if I just hit play on the first track, it fails. As for the Heos app, I like it! I can stream my iHeart radio, or SXM, or Pandora…works really well. I was even able to add my network share (I have all my music in full resolution on a network drive that I use with my Bluesound Node in my main listening room), however the Heos app doesn’t sort the share nearly as well as my Bluesound. Example? Not sorting an album by track #. You can’t play it in order! It sorts on order of being added, or something totally useless. Now, I’m not totally bummed out about this, as I didn’t even expect the ability to point this at a network drive, however, it is not a strong suit, which is too bad. Could’ve really killed it on the Heos side otherwise. On the whole, it’s beautiful…but it reads CDs so poorly, I’d be upset if it was $200, let alone $2k bucks. Hopefully the replacement works better, or I’ll be giving up and trying another brand. Hopefully, I can amend this review if I get a better sample.

Great powerful amplifier. Marantz and Bowers Wilkins are amazing together. Jay at you store guided me with his knowledge to put together an excellent sound system.

The sound quality is jaw-dropping. And it’s easy to use really easy to use! My wife and I had wondered whether a premium CD player would really enhance the sound of a good stereo system, but now we are believers.
