I love this game, it’s so fun! There’s so many levels to play and different cool options to choose from when customizing your kart!

This game is so much fun! I bought it to have an easy-going game to play when I have friends over. We've already spent hours of fun and laughter playing this one! I recommend it to everyone!

This is a good update to the Mario Kart franchise. It is a good fit with the switch and it’s controllers. Lots of good maps to drive on and lots of different modes to play.

The game is really cool with high end graphics. I presented this to my son-in-law to explore what actually video games are. He simply loved it.

If you played Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U, it's basically the same game when it comes to the races. There are a few new characters, but all the races are the same. The real difference is the Battle Mode. This edition includes true battle arenas instead of playing the battle mode on the standard race tracks.

One of the best Mario Karts ever made. This series just keeps getting better and better. I'd like to see the next Mario Kart have a campaign mode with RPG style elements (upgrading, boss battle races, etc.) but hey who knows... maybe one day.

Used to pay Mario Brothers with my Son and Daughter back in the day. Now I'm gonna play it with my awesome 2 Grandson's !!!

I have this for the Wii U but I luuuv this version so much much better. I like the steering assist and auto acceleration options. The main reason to get this version is the new battle arenas which makes the battle modes much more enjoyable to play. If U have a switch then switch to this version.

Eh this is an alright game. My life has been so busy lately that I truly haven’t had the time to play. Once life starts to slow down again for me maybe I’ll be more interested in this game. As far as right now goes the game is ok. Just your average Mario Kart racing game with rainbow road and all those fun tracks. As someone who loves Mario I’ll never stop buying these games. If you are the same way this game is for you.

Want one of the best party games of all time? Here it is. Nostalgia galore plus lots of unlocks for skins, etc will keep the entertainment coming. Well worth the full price for entry but If you can catch it on sale, even better.

Mario Kart 8 is full of nostalgia for a couple of days but then it wears off and you realize there’s not enough content.

I upgraded from the Wii U version. Glad I got it on sale since I actually lost karts and kart pieces since they have to be unlocked again. However, it does feel a little cleaner and I am still glad I bought it. However, I wouldn't pay full price if you already have the Wii U version.

This is a fantastic game. The extra courses in the deluxe version make it much better than the Wii U version.

I own Mario Kart 8 on Wii U and still enjoy Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Switch as it has all the tracks and characters from the original including the dlc and even expands on that. The new battle mode is all you can ask for and the game performs better than ever on the Switch. A must buy for any Nintendo fan.

The kids love the game! Hours of laughs and fun. Enjoy watching the kids being competitive. Playing the computer is fun also.

Peak, a must have game for your switch. If you dont have this game why did you get a switch.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is so much fun! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's basically the same game that was on the Wii U.

Kids have been having a great time with this game for over 2wks. They enjoy the breakouts and the different courses. Recommended for kids of all ages.
