If u ever played Mario cart...pretty much the same... Graphics are great....New boards...new Cars and STILL FUN

Excellent game, my favorite on the Switch. New levels, new worlds to drive about, rainbow road returns with great new features. Overall the best Mario Kart of all time.

Mario kart is always a fan favorite and this one is the best i have ever played. Great variety of characters, karts, and tracks. The online mode is a blast as well.

Maybe some people enjoy this series playing alone, but this is another must-have game if you frequently entertain groups. Comes with lots of course and racer options without needing to already have played for hours to unlock.

Ported to play and pretty much look like the wiiu version, just portable, which depending on your situation can be great.

We've owned a few iterations of this game & none have ever disappointed. The multi-player aspect is a must for my family: even if you're terrible at the racing, you can still have a great time cutting up with each other. Plus, it puts you in the mix with your kids instead of them sequestering themselves away from the rest of the family! I docked a star because Nintendo's game prices are a bit on the "D'Oh!" side...C'mon, don't gouge!!!

I think Mario kart has been one of my most favorite games out there for nintendo. I've been playing since the good old N64 days. I enjoyed playing this, the only gripe I have with this game is the roster of characters they use. There is a lot of variety but they left out diddy kong. They have link in there and even all the koopas but they didnt need to have 4 different versions of peach. Still the different customizations and race tracks make this a must have for multiplayer fun.

Honestly, this game is really great to play with a group of friends as it has a friendly atmosphere. But with that fun, comes friendly competition as the game is so edgy and the customization allows for personal preference!!

Mario Kart 8 is a great game. I really enjoyed the racing tracks. Steering assist is a nice feature, but it makes it really difficult to to take the shortcuts on the tracks. Overall, I would definitely recommend this game.

If you already have the wiiu version you can probably skip this one. If not it is a great game to add to your switch collection.

Gave this to my daughter for Christmas and she is always on it! Says it is very fun to play I would recommend it.
