    Mario Kart has always been the pinnacle of Kart racers. MK8D really steps this up on the switch! My wife who isn't an avid gamer loves the offline modes and the unlocks really keep her coming back for more. The online features really allow the hardcore gamers to test their skills against some great racers. Def worth the pick up!

    Honestly, the game is ok but I think it's too expensive for such a rehashed one. Unfortunately, there aren't much choices for you if you want a simple Mario Kart-like game and Nintendo knows it, hence the price.
