Buy in stores NOT ONLINE

This purchase by far has been the worst experience with Best Buy and customer service reps over the phone I would suggest to buy your console in stores and NOT Online! All they could tell me was contact law enforcement for help. Worst experience ever I would hate for anyone that went thru the headaches I’m currently going.
