My wife, daughter, and I all love this chair. The only thing we could complain about is we wish we could turn up the intensity in certain regions. I would like to turn up the airbags in my legs, but leave it the same in my arms. The only other is my wife is over 6 foot, so the "neck massage" hits her shoulder blades. Other than that we love it and use it nearly everyday. Set up was beyond easy. I spent more time getting it through my door than I did putting it together.

We checked out a bunch of massage chairs before buying, and this one ended up being perfect for us. I’m 6 ft tall, and the SL-track feels super smooth. The built-in programs are great, and you can tweak the intensity and speed really easily. There are tons of manual options too if you want to get super specific, but honestly the presets already do everything we want. Customer service was awesome too. They confirmed all the shipping info and kept us updated the whole way, which made the delivery process really stress-free. If you’re hunting for a solid, high-quality massage chair, I’d definitely recommend this one.

Just a great way to end a stressful day. Great selection of modes and customization. Definitely feels of quality and is sturdy, I’m 5’10” and 240lbs pretty wide shoulders and I fit fine.

It's so hard to find a quality massage chair that us normal people can afford. Most of these things cost 5k, 8k, etc. So I was worried this was going to be one of those too good to be true purchases, but I have no regrets! It's so nice to be able to get a massage after a stressful day, or just whenever, because I can!!

Saw this chair at a friend’s place, gave it a try, and ordered one the same week. It’s really well built and feels premium. The massage programs are great — very relaxing and easy to use. The heat function is perfect for sore muscles, and I love that I can play music through Bluetooth while charging my phone wirelessly. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

This massage chair so nice and work very good well,my parents love it,design is perfectly for asian body (5.1~6f)and i think it a little bit small for American body(6f up)

I love my chair it was a gift to myself. I am learning the different settings everyday. I just love the heating option and the stretching. I didn’t like that they left it in front of my garage. And didn’t get a signature for the delivery. It was very hard to move by myself.Spending that type of money they should at least bring it inside. Or offer an option to pay extra to bring inside the house. They should also add maybe a third wheel for when you need to move it inside your house. Because it is very heavy. Great investment.

I have never owned a massage chair in the past and now I realized that it is the gift for the family that I have purchased. this item is great and easy to use and I recommend for everyone that needs to get to the root-cause of stress. I do 30 min twice per week and I rest like a baby at night.

The massage chair was nice, just too big to fit in my 29 1/4 inch wide room.

Really great chair! The installation was pretty simple since I only had to attach the footrest. I love the back massage and the foot massage—it feels amazing. For the price, I think this chair is absolutely worth it.
