Great product. I have used it multiple times and it has worked well. I haven't used the extra propellers yet. I guess I'm a safe flyer, Had to send the quad to DJI for repairs and they charged me an arm an a leg. Might have helped to purchase the insurance. Oh well.

I thought that I was too old to learn to operate the Mavic 2 Pro but DJI has made it almost old person proof. If you spend some time reading the manual and watch a few videos on You tube you can do it. I was amazed at how easy it was to fly the first time.

This product was something I definitely didn’t expect to be the way it was. It’s very fun to use and a great alternative for business purposes. Can’t wait to learn more about it.

Very satisfied and pleased with the Mavic 2. The smart controller makes it even easier to control along with more enjoyable. Definitely accessible to everyone!

Super easy to use and amazing optics and camera features. While it might seem expensive for a starter drone (because it is), it's worth it as you probably won't want or need another one for a looooong time.

Had a few drones to pick from. So glad I picked DJI's Mavic 2 Pro. Drone is top of the line that works great for my new job which involves taking aerial video.

I have flow this model a couple times now in varying conditions including high density altitude. It flies rock solid in strong wind.

An excellent product but they could use more documentation or references to operation and controls. This drone came with a controller and most do not, so there is a difference.

High end drone with a awesome camera. It is will worth it with the smart controller. But its better to wait for n2020 new model.

Though the drone is expensive, it's drastically better than the other ones. If you're willing to spend more or want more features, I'd recommend this drone.

This is my first camera drone and I will say, it's pretty great. Once I got used to the controls, it was amazing. The photo and videos that it can get is pretty impressive.

Bought this to provide aerial footage of my office. It has been to every family vacation since. Easy to use, and almost impossible to crash!

Hands down this is the best drone on the market. The visual quality for photos and video is absolutely amazing. I have used the Phantom 4 Pro in this blows it away

When you want the best. This combination is awesome. No problems with cellphone problems when the controller was made for the drone.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! I really hope this review helps denture people from spending their hard earned money on this... I had very high hopes for this drone and was crazy excited to receive it. I own other DJI products and never had any issues that prevented me from enjoying it. I bough this is March and was finally able to get it out in April (weather) and give it a try. Did the whole DJI unlock to be able to fly it in an area that requires unlocking, followed the instructions word for word. Drive to the area, doesn’t work. Drive back home and try again. Nope, still doesn’t work. All firmware on the “smart” controller and drone are up to date. I contact DJI...SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE!!!! First guy, Hank, keeps sending generic emails that are a complete waste of my time and his time even sending them. Asking me to do the same things over and over. When you reply to Hank with what his suggestions did, or lack of doing, he sends another generic email requesting you do the same things that didn’t work before. I have now been dealing with Abbey at DJI. Abbey has been slightly better, but the recommendations through her have been unsuccessful. I got an email from her last week asking me to downgrade the firmware and try to download it again. I replied and asked her how to do what was requested exactly (again, vague emails from DJI) so nothing got messed up. Her reply was, “don’t do it yet. I have forwarded your information to the engineering team and they will evaluate. We will get back ahold of you”. That was last week. Nothing, not a peep. I have been dealing with DJI for over a month to get my $2,500 paperweight to work. This is completely ridiculous. Again, DO NOT BUY THE MACIC 2 PRO. Go a different route. $2,500 is a lot of money to throw away. I am giving DJI till the end of this week to have my drone working as advertised and it should before I have to open a claim with my credit card company for faulty goods.

Good product-over priced but easy to use however instructions are very difficult to understand

Replacement for one that broke due entirely to pilot error. Very good camera and easy to fly (when the wind cooperates.

It’s my first drone. So far so good, need more practice flying the drone. But it is easy.

Mavic 2 Pro with smart controller is a very good combination. Very happy that I chose the quad with the smart controller.
