This dishwasher is not available in store. I had seen it at another store and was sold on it, but I buy all of my appliances through Best Buy, so I ordered it from them. It took a month to receive it. Once I got it home, the sprayer for the top shelf was broken off, and the top panel was cracked on the side, as if it had been dropped. I contacted Best Buy and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Then, I called Maytag..Maytag sent the part within 2 days. The actual product is amazing. Its VERY quiet. Works wondferfully. My only issues were with Best Buy's "customer service"

Runs quiet, counts down the amount of time left in the wash cycle, cleans every dish and can hold lots of large items too, overall very happy with this dishwasher.

Has cleans dishes better than the Bosch it replaced. Cycle is a little long. It is quieter than expected. Best buy did not honor discount offered via e-mail.

It's probably too early to tell, but so far its been a great dishwasher. I am very happy with my purchase. The whole transaction went very smoothly. The dishwasher its self-works great, I love the stainless steel tub. It's also very quiet compared to my last one

I love how well this dishwasher cleans. It's also fairly quiet and has a good energy star rating. On the downside, the dishwasher is set up so that it just does not seem to hold as many dishes as my previous dishwasher. I'm talking at least a third fewer dishes! We are empty nesters, so this is not a huge issue, but I would not recommend it for a mid-sized or larger family.

My old whirlpool dishwasher had a broken part after 10 years and the repairs would have been about 1/2 the cost of this new machine. The Maytag was easy to install, looks great inside and out and is so much quieter than my old one. Washes the dishes clean and using jet dry they are drying spotless. Well worth the money.

Heat dry not the best. some things are still wet after finished. Stainless steel tub still has droplets of water around even when heated dry was selected. Overall I am satisfied. Replaced a GE which didn't have a problem with drying and tub was clear of water. (droplets). tub was made of some kind of plastic.

This dishwasher holds more than my previous one and is very quiet. It also cleans well. I still don't understand how running the longer cycle is more energy efficient than using the quick cycle.

Our dishwasher was only a few years old when something plastic melted in it and rendered it useless. It was one of those where you had to pre-wash everything. I was determined to find a dishwasher that really did a good job. I was prepared to pay a lot more but I found this Maytag on sale and it seemed to have all the features we wanted. We are very pleased with our Maytag! The cycle is long, but everything comes out clean WITHOUT pre-washing and it is very quiet. Even the racks and silverware holders are designed better. Easy to load and a treat to use.

I hadn't had a dishwasher for quite some time and was pretty particular in what I was looking for this unit exceeds All my expectations, as I have put in dishes that weren't rinsed, had stuck on food, and it all comes out perfectly clean.

I was hesitant at first to purchase, it was an as is product. But it a Maytag, and boy does it clean. A whisper quiet product when operating; it like it isn't running a cycle. I'm so happy I decided to purchase, and at an unbelievable price. Normally a high end price. Got a great deal.

It is a quite dishwater and we like that it cleans well. The only thing I can think of is that the door little hard to pull down and maybe it will be smoother over time. Also based on the setting for the dishwater, it could go beyond 2 hours sometimes operating which I find little strange but so far we are liking it and we like the fact that there is warranty on the drawers, which other dishwashers do not have. Happy with the purchase but I wish it could operate for a shorter period of time.

It's a nice dishwasher. I really like the stainless steel tub. The silverware holder has individual holes so the pieces can never stick together. It says the top rack can be moved higher or lower but I haven't been able to move it at all. It runs very quietly.

Needed to replace 25+ year old dishwasher. Did a lot of research and found a Maytag delivered and installed at Best Buy. That alone is a $200. value. Very happy with our purchase, I am amazed at the quietness and the cleaning power of this machine. I consulted a service tech about this unit and he said the stainless steel interior would help insulate the machine and that would add to the quiet.operation, I read at the bar in our kitchen and while the unit is in operation, I honestly can't hear it run. Why didn't I give this a 5 star rating? I rarely give a product a 5 star rating plus it lacks a couple of features I would like - but that's just me, I like a set and forget because 95 percent of time we only use Normal setting. This unit you must select the cycle setting each load. I think the run time is to long but according to industry standards, this is well within range.

It is very quiet, easy to operate, nice looking. Only concern is that it took about four weeks before best buy got it installed. Overall it is good product so far.

This dishwasher is very quiet while operating. My issues with this appliance involve the top rack. Because it is adjustable, you cannot fit large glasses or mugs on the outside rows due to the hardware. There is also no extra space in the rows to allow for large knives or spatulas to be placed in between the glasses. Also, any tall glasses have to be placed in the front or the rack will not slide back in.

If replacing an older unit this one connects with garden hose fittings not compression fittings. You will need to convert your system. I am very happy with the cleaning of the dishes. Has great little flaps in silver caddy for stopping small items from falling into bottom. It holds a lot of dishes and pans and with the stainless inside I feel it will last a good amount of time :) Most importantly it was a easy install, once I converted to the new style fitting...
