Good washer. Smaller footprint than my old Whirlpool front loader. Very efficient, will adjust wash time based on load size. One con is, it is not as quiet as I thought it would be.

Ok the washer works great and cleans the clothes really well. The 1/2 star reduction is because the filling noises are much louder then my old Maytag washer. You will inadvertently hit the start button almost ever time you brush the machine, especially if they are stacked. I have the matching dryer and have to hold the start button for a few seconds to start the unit. Other than those two complaints an overall great washer.

There are many washer options. I always heard Maytag was good. We decided to move forward and can't be happier. It's quiet and very effective.

I haven't had this washing machine for very long, but am very happy with the way it gets my clothes clean and they seem not to be as wrinkled when I take them out to put in the dryer. I love that I bought the pedestal for it to sit on....so wonderful not to stoop to put the clothes in the machine. My old machine had a very tiny opening, this Maytag has a large opening for loading the laundry....it's fantastic! Very convenient.

Have had excellent service from our Maytag washer in the past. So far our new Maytag front load washer's performance has been excellent.

This Maytag washer is easy to use. Our old washer would take much longer to clean half the load the new large capacity washer drum can handle.

I really like this machine. It was very simple to use even without reading instructions. The steam function is nice to have. I love it!!

This maytag washer and dryer combination is easily the best you can buy for ease of use, features and care of your clothes.

My last washer was only 3.5 and this is a 4.5 drum which will wash larger loads in one wash. Saves me money on electric and water usage.

We had an older one like this, that was to costly to repair. The new one is a direct drive drum and a little on the noise side. It does a good job washing clothes.

We just upgraded our 12 year old washer and dryer with this brand and couldn't be happier. So much larger capacity and great warranty

This washer is so beautiful, and so much more efficient and faster than my old one. Clothes come out smelling so much better!!!

Limited use thus far but so far, reliable, quiet, cleans very, very well. The value for the price seems superb. We question the accuracy of some services such as Consumer Reports as they claim machines which rank much higher than this one are top rated despite numerous consumer complaints about reliability, customer service and ESPECIALLY, longevity of the product. This Maytag seems to have a great guarantee. We hope they don't disappoint!. So far (early) so good.

I've had this washer for about two weeks now and can say I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I'm still learning the different settings, but for normal laundry it's very simple. I always use the cold water setting with extra high spin speed. No complaints, only one observation. Be prepared for the noise when you press any button, it's a little loud. Some reviewers commented on the sound level while washing. I can't complain as I can barely hear it from my living room, one level down in my townhouse.
