We went from an older LG He machine to this and it uses less energy and water and at the same time washes much better.

October 13, 2018 PatMountRose from reno, nv Had the washer about a week -- purchased based on reliability reviews and ease of getting replacement parts if necessary. Also thought the control panel was intuitive and easy to make adjustments to preset cycles You do not need an engineering degree to figure out how to wash clothes. Made in America and Commercial grade both pluses. Went with white finish- didn't want imposing black objects in my sunny laundry room. Really like the pedestals.

This is a really great washer.. has everything I needed and nice look in the open space. Quiet and washes clothes well

Replaces a very old machine, and I had no idea what I have been missing. Very simple to use and gets the clothes clean.

The door of this washer is larger than many front loading washers...And has an interior light, so I don't leave any washed items in the drum. Easy to operate, too. Although, the sounds during operation do take some time to become accustomed to.

Replaced our 18 year old Maytag Neptune. Love this new Maytag washer. Cleans really well and spins dry perfectly.

This washer has done a nice job to this point. Pretty quiet, and seems to clean well.

It is a little noises but it does wash very well. Glad I changed my mind because I originally wanted the LG but there are no service technicians near by.

Will take large loads. I like that it is lighted inside for ease in loading and unloading. Very quiet in operation.

I had a Kenmore washer that was supposed to last 10-13 years. Mine lasted 7 years. But we do a lot of laundry. So I switched to this Maytag model which was featured in Consumer Reports. I have no complaints so far. It cleans well. The only difference is that the Kenmore had a dispenser compartment for pre-wash liquids like Oxy-boosters. In the Maytag, pre-wash detergents must be poured in the bottom of the drum before adding clothes. But overall, I am happy with the Maytag.

Enjoy having a new washer. Had it delivered and installed. When I did a cold wash and moved the clothes to the dryer the clothes were really warm. It took a few weeks to check and find out they hooked the water lines wrong. So cold was hot water and hot water was cold. It was an easy fix but should not have happened! They should know better and glad none of our clothes were damaged. Washer works really great and I love it.

The clothes are always clean but the full soap pod does not always dissolve. Despite putting it into the drum before my laundry, sometimes part of the pod will be a gooey mess inside the gasket. I'm still researching online for a solution. The manual doesn't address this situation. I may switch to liquid detergent. I do love the machine. It is SO much faster than my prior one.

Enjoying my new Maytag. Had one previously, it lasted almost 20 years but the new one is incredible. So many options, Steam, it gets everything so much cleaner and keeps laundry fresh overnight and you can put it in the dryer in the morning. Highly recommend!

Functional features, easy to use, gentle on fabric, quiet, low vibration during spin cycle.

So far, washer is working well. It cleans my loads well, rinses well. It runs quietly, especially compared to my top loader He washer.

Thus far, washing well, cleaning well, running more quietly than my previous top loading He washer.

I used the steam clean during my first load and there was a noticeable difference in the pillow I washed. The unit was also gentle on the pillow and did not distort the pillow.

My GE washer broke and i did a lot of research before buying. After install and few loads of washing i do not see any problems. It performs as it should, only time will tell.
