My only "issue" is I seem to be doing the drying cycle twice more frequently for loads. Not sure if its due to load size or the unit itself. Love that the door opens sideways (and is interchangeable depending on space). I was adamant wanting a sideways door due to having a little one. All the settings are perfect for my daily - general usage.

He knew what I wanted and handled everything quickly. Such a nice polite young man...you should hold on to him. Two week delivery date is a stretch when you don’t have a washer. I bought an open box...if I bought new it would have been much sooner. Not a good policy

Solid, reasonably priced appliance

The first Maytag dryer we ordered did not seem to work well and Best Buy was great and replaced it with a new one. This works fine. There are flaws to the machine- the control system is not ideal and drying takes a bit longer than our old machine, but overall, it is certainly satisfactory
