I love how cold the water gets . What irritates me though is the red light for “empty bottle” keeps coming on even when it’s a new bottle in there or no where close to being empty. Also be careful when you put in a new bottle, if the hose are not perfectly straight , it doesn’t work.

The water dispenser does not work at all: no cold water, no hot water, nothing. This purchase was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it.

Arrived damaged. Also, it’s part of BestBuy marketplace and was not in description.
