They are liars. My item wasn’t delivered to my home. Customers service blatantly lied about have signature with proof of delivery. I would never buy from this merchant again and I suggest you don’t either. DISHONEST

Tension cord seemed real flimsy. Angle of handles caused immediate back pain.
