Can't review a product I don't have. I was told to receive in 7 to 14 business days then I call customer service and they tell me it's 7 to 14 business days until you get an actual shipping day so I wait 16 days and it's still telling me December 30th so I decide to call customer service again and they tell me then that they are sorry they are on back order and that's the actual shipping day bit yet bestbuy charged me for a product I don't have.i guess they need the money to make the glasses there selling me.

Ordered these glasses oct 14 and told would arrive in two weeks. Now it says by dec 30???
This is ridiculous, if meta doesn't have them they should not be having you make appointment. Meta rep only had one set of large and one standard size and only one if band size 1,2,3. None there to buy and go home with. Very disappointed after having to drive 40 miles to secaucus nj which is a bad area with heavy traffic. Other brands have display in both lenses, keeping order but looking around

Not only did I have to wait to get a demo of the glasses ,which I would day was pointless because the device I used as a demo wasnt even paired to a active phone so there wasn't really much I could do now I am waiting again to get the glasses I paid for and the date to receive them is being pushed back I should have been able to get the glasses the same day I did the demo.I was originally told it would take 4 weeks to receive my order now its saying something different.

Very disappointed drove 40 miles in heavy industrial traffic to buy these with appointment. Told they dont have them after demo . I paid and ordered them. Told i would get them in 2 weeks. After i got home it said ill get them after December 30. That is 2 months not 2 weeks. I canceled the order for glasses and insurance. Ridiculous, that you need appointment to buy and have to travel this far to get nothing .

It is taking an extremely long time for the product to even be shipped. It has been nearly 2 weeks already and no progress. Really annoying. I'll be mad if I have to wait this long for a product that I end up being disappointed in. Meta needs to get it together.

I’m disappointed had to wait all that time for demo and they didn’t have them in stock told me 2 weeks now it’s the 3rd week and it still have not received them I’m think about cancel them not to mention that I looked at receipt it say ship before 31st

Beset Buy failed to ship it but didn’t take responsibility. All costumer services are with bad altitude, refused to answer my questions regarding keeping the order or reorder but just end the call. Worst shopping experience ever.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Best buy hit me with the bait and switch. Best buy canceled my order. What a joke. Worst product launch in history. I should’ve went to lenscrafters.

I like them way more than I thought I was going too, especially after owning the Wayfare Gen 2's. They are very easy to wear daily, they dont really feel any bulkier than the Warfares even though they are. They have the built-in nose piece that stops the slide as to where the wayfares dont. Just go the air write to texts, doesnt work with all apps yet, but its still pretty cool. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and would do it again.
