Need to read that it is only for 1 YEAR!

This is what I was recommended (not indicating it was for only one year) - in a hurry so purchased - when received, did not pay attention, loaded it and realized it was for only a ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION! Needless to say, had to purchase the "full" permanent version and have no success in getting a refund from Best Buy or Microsoft.
