Often would just disappear and need put back on. My daughter knows about the technology Otherwise, I would’ve been lost. Not my best product to use.

I purchased this software, easy to install, pretty much by itself. No Issues and been using this for months.

This is the best Office product I have used. It is very easy to navigate. I also like all the templates to choose from.

I have enjoyed this product thus far. Ease of use and not having to deal with discs is great. Also like options for renewal and upgrade.

Easy to install and works as expected. Never used the Mac version before, but it's very similar to the Windows version I'm used to.

Keeping your laptop current with the latest version of Office at a overall good value is well worth it when you do the math.

I bought this product as part of a bundle, but somehow during the product search the product dropped to an older version. It was my mistake in not catching the version change. I called the store to cancel the order. They told me to go on line and cancel it. I could only cancel the hardware. There wasn't an option to cancel the software bundled with the new laptop I had previously selected. I called the 800# went through 3 different depts. and spent an hour and 20 min to confirmation the software package was canceled as well. They said it was take up to 8 days for the credit to post. 18 days late still no credit. Tried to call Worst Buy back on their 800#. It said due to higher Coronavirus we can't take your call and disconnected the call. LAST TIME I WILL PURCHASE FM best buy.
