Nowhere mentioned in instructions or install that all previous editions/versions should be deleted. You would have thought that when initial start of install they would auto uninstall other Office products. Took four days to get installed with help from a techie.

One of the great frustrations was that I needed a new license for my PC and laptop and new ones when I had to replace outdated systems. With 365 this is made much easier as the same license covers more that one unit. In addition, I don't have to learn new commands and programs to accomplish what I need. Thank you for the upgrade.

For the iPad you will want to follow these steps. First download the Microsoft 365 App you would like from the Appstore. Then Tap the app to launch it.
Sign in with your Microsoft Account or Office 365 work or school account and tap Next.
You are good to go.

Simple to download and works very well

Have not setup computer as I cannot get pass the User setup page. Customer service/support has not helped. I have only been sent in circles to do the same thing over and over which ends in an error. I don't know what to do as I would love to transition to Apple but so far I have been unsuccessful to even create an account and get help from a human.
