Same as other office versions with just new upgrades and new features. However, as new versions come out, the application is not as intuitive as it use to be but it does it job. I still use Office until this day. I haven't jumped ships yet to Google Docs

My inbox is there when I open it, but when I switch to another folder and come back it is gone, I can't find my sent folder as it is always empty even though i just sent something.
