With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. This is "transparent." I have a new HP Pavilion and all new software including moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I waited to get a mature product. I have not played with EXCEL yet. I assume this will be just fine.

After starting a new job that required knowledge of Excel & Access I was happy to renew the subscription.I have learned many uses for the included apps. Glad I chose to renew.

I was able to launch all applications especially outlook and link it to my gmail account. Not sure of what limitations compared to the MS Office full version. But seem to be a good product for personal or home use.

WORD is Plenty
