I wanted to purchase a direct download, but Microsoft doesn't have that option when purchasing as a gift to another device. BestBuy delivered as scheduled; price was competitive with other vendors .

Had problems with OneDrive, Skype and one note - switched from previous ms account on hotmail to outlook . Also stuff didn’t wOrk on my iPad … online support was worthless !

However, the associate recommended this 1 user subscription which is still allowed on multiple devices but can be used by only one person logged into Microsoft at a time - perfect for my use

I don't have to worry about paying when a new office release or update, since it is constantly updated and costs no extra.

I installed it but I'm not finding the features I thought I was getting (i.e. word, excel, etc.). When I type something it is saved differently than I'm used to with previous versions.

I was surprised to be required to create an online account and pay annual fees, etc. More of an observation than a complaint. I guess the good news is, I"ll always have the latest.
