Use MS Word. Want to start using Excel. Miss being able to own apps outright and for life. Would like to see Microsoft start standing behind their products for life like automobile manufacturers do.

I was not told or had any reason in any way to believe this was a 15 month subscription. The salesperson was clearly trying to get my money as quickly as possible. I called the phone number for help and was told by the first person I would be taken care of and provided Office for the life of the computer but after being transferred twice I was told nothing would be done for me.

I listened carefully to what salesperson said to me about this laptop and what it was about. This will get her through four years of college & possibly beyond. I ALWAYS buy HP products as I have had good success with All I have purchased!!!

I have used office for many years. However I was not willing to spend hundreds of dollars to get another copy. I was very please to find out I could rent a copy for a year - if I decide I don't need it in my new computer I can cancel the renew.

Awesome that I got to the trial offer with my printer purchase, lets me play with the software before I make the decision to spend 70 bucks. Enjoying it now that I'm back at school. Thanks Best Buy

I use Microsoft 365 at work and considered using goggle docs, really glad I didn't. The purchase was well worth it, so glad I did.

Works fineand is good for 1 person, however if you have more family members or friends, you may want to consider going to 99.99 a year version and have up to 6 users with multiple devices.

It's office and I need it for basics. It was annoying to install because it won't take a work/school email so I had to setup another email but it isn't linking correctly to my gmail account. Overall everything is fine. It was just a pain to install.

Do not like automatic renewal, but it can be cancelled. Do not like how it holds half of my computer hostage if I do not renew. Frequently have to connect to internet to remind Office I paid for a year.

I had a problem loading the software on my laptop and brought it in to the store for help. It took a little time to determine what the problem was, but the Best Buy Associate was diligent and very helpful resolving this issue. Thanks!

This is the 6th computer purchased from Best Buy over several years. Both desktop, lap, and tablet. The reason is because of the access to the Geek Squad. I would be like "a fish out of water" if I didn't have them to install and transfer my systems.

This won't work on Chromebooks, even if it says they run Windows. They must run FULL Windows OS or else it won't work. Using it now from my desktop and it's great.

I mean, you have to have these programs to complete all assignments in school these days. Power Point presentations with narration, word docs for papers, excel spreadsheets for statistics, and so on. It's a must-have.

My wife really enjoys this product. I do not use it but she does. Just be aware you will have to pay a fee every year even though you have purchased it. That is very sad.....

I think this new way to get MS Office is interesting. Pay by year basis instead of all at once, it ensures you always have the latest version of MS Office. For heavy Office users I think this is a no brainer.

We purchased a new computer. The wait for an associate for help was about 35 minutes. Not good. I am glad I knew what I wanted

When I tried to install this software I was not allowed. When I typed in the code a message came back saying that the code was not authenticated by the register!! I was to take it back to the store. When I called the store there was no answer, so, I called the 1-800 number and eventually was told that I would have to receive a refund and purchase the software again!!
