I teach and Microsoft 365 is a must for all the creative fliers and creative sign ups we use throughout the year. Couldn’t of purchased a better deal!!

I am glad the best buy employee took the time to explain the differences between all the Office items on the market now. I think this product was the best for my situation.

Well if you are going to be effective with the surface go, you need the software. not happy about the fact that this can only be rented now rather than being able to buy my own copy.

Online subscription, I liked how it used to be where you buy it one time and that's it, now they nickel and dime you to renew every year, it's not like it changes that much every year, oh well.

Trying to return this item is very difficult and they make it so hard the time outweighs the value. No simple chat or return tab like most items. Disappointing.

This software was a bit difficult to get running. The registration and sign-in process took unusually long and looped around several times. Once installed, it works as you would expect, so no problems there.

what happened to the days we could buy this and not have to do a subscription? I only bought this because my child needs it for school and I want her to have her own laptop

I need the programs, but miss the one-and-done. Why should I pay for a new yearly subscription if I do not want upgrades?

Well what can I say, it's Microsoft. I have used microsoft office products for all my personal and business needs and have never been disappointed.

I have used Microsoft Office but am new to this subscription deal. The product works fine but I'll know if it's worth the subscription when updates are available.

We bought the Office 365 Personal one year subscription for our new laptop. We’re very happy with everything it provides, and it will automatically renew when our year is up.

This is our first experience with Office as a subscription. We had it installed on our older computer. The download was easy and fast. Looking forward to using all of it more.

I have grown to depend on some form of Microsoft Office due to the inability to really enjoy other productivity software. I definitely enjoy the cloud space that comes with it.

This program has a math assistance that is awesome. My 6th grader uses this program to help him with homework. Best investment I've purchased for him in a long time.

The original laptop I had started installing this on was locked and I couldnt get in for this reason. Even after contacting Microsoft ... they had no record of the account ... and were unable to do anything. I had to go to Best Buy - the Geek Squad - they advised it was better to change out the laptop - I have not had any problems since, although I havent fully installed it yet ...

You know you're gonna have to get Office again some time soon, right? It's just part of doing business in 2016. So, what better way than an online, pay-as-you-go solution? It's all there, come and get it!

A piece of trash! So sorry that I'm stuck with this purchase. Salesperson did not fully understand my use for a new device/laptop.

How on earth could I open documents without it? When I learned on Microsoft Office years ago, and I haven't changed. I really need this.

We got a new laptop and hoped we could transfer office from the old one,didn’t work that way. This replacement was easy to use though.

This is a free year trial given to me with a purchase of an Apple product. Easy to add to my existing system. Apple probably knows after using it you will continue after the year is up. Good marketing.
