Microsoft 365 is great because you can take it with you and you can still use the programs like if you downloaded it.

This was our first Windows computer in many years. We thought this was a must have... NOPE. There are so many good, free programs (OpenOffice etc) that make THIS just superfluous. Don't waste your coin.

My initial thought was to purchase all new software.... decided on the Office 360 (really needed publisher). No regrets, all my old files converted (with some adjustments), nothing major.

Meets expectation. However had problems with support when outlook wouldn't load. First three pesonnel couldn't remedy and two were unintelligible.

Microsoft 365 Personal is an indispensable tool in my toolbox.

I purchased Office 365 Personal because I really had no choice since Microsoft Office 10 was outdated. I don't really like this new one, but I have to use something.

Generally, a good product, but I prefer things a lot more simple. All of the things one can do with this product are too many. It is confusing.

The license was valid for a year but it stopped working after 6 months

I've used office before, but it's been a while. I am trying to learn the spread sheets but find it somewhat difficult. I'm sure I'll eventually catch on.

This is a good all purpose laptop for general use to check email, surf the net and do basic research. It probably does a lot more than I do but I'm happy with it.

Office is a great all around application and is useful for my needs. I have found it a crucial product to put things together at home but integrate with work functions

But I can't say I like Microsoft's subscription model for their products. I guess that's their way of keeping a steady income flow for products that haven't really changed much in 20 years

Just like my summary state, I like Microsoft Office. I am not an Apple guy, can't stand them. Google doc to me is dumb. Give me Microsoft any time. I do hate the yearly subscription.

Had to purchase to work with my old hp...it has been helpful transferring to Apple but is expensive considering my old computer came with windows when I bought it

After 3 attempts with Best Buy Geak Squad assistance....issue still NOT resolved! I am hesitating to move forward with next years subscription.

Microsoft Office is the best thing you can invest in if your a student. Perfect companion for those essays or power points you gotta do. Plus its the newest version so you can't bet that.

I am enjoying having this program on my computer. I wish I didn't have to purchase it every year. I don't like the fact I can't type anything without being on line.

Purchased 11/27/21, opened 12/25/21. Never received email for download. I have called BestBuy , transferred me 4 times. Ended up telling me to call Microsoft for something I purchased from them! Microsoft say everything as moved online and gives me a website to navigate. Does not have any answers to what I need!!!! I am still going through it and just want my money back at this point.

Love using it! Is online, you can use on your phone, laptop, desktop, it saves automatically and able to pull it up by saved file name and revise any time.

I used the Microsoft programs all throughout my student career, and continue to use them today. It's nice that the programs can be bundled together for easy access and use. However, I am a little disappointed that it is sold as a yearly "subscription." I'd rather buy the bundle once and have it for life rather than spending an extra fee each year.
