Geed Squad did not install the 365 program on either machine. I will NEVER use the Geek Squad again. They were not respectful nor helpful and acted like they did not have any time to specifically help me. I had to go out and spend $575 to get a person to help me with both the Dell desktop and 365. And, I know that 365 is not installed on my Dell all in one desk top and don't think that it is installed on the laptop either. They could only tell me what they were not allowed to do for me.
