It took me over an hour to exchange it because no one seemed to know what they were doing. The antivirus software didn't even work - it had expired and I couldn't use it without paying, which wasn't part of the package deal. Microsoft 8 is TERRIBLE, and I feel like that isn't a good enough description. I will never buy a Windows product again. With the laptop itself, the mouse does whatever it wants, whenever it wants.
