Now I don’t have any protection I’m sure the Geeks will tell me that I do not have protection and they can’t help me. I lost 400 dollars and now I have to budget another laptop and start my school papers all over again.the worst experience ever With Hp pavilion. I’m not sure if Hp has one year factory guarantee. I hope they do
