    I dislike Microsoft and outlook one note it is horrible. It is not user friendly it is so complicated to use. They make u set up all your electronics on it and force you to put in to much information just to install. They need to make it user friendly. Simplify. You know keep it simple.

    Although the price is a great deal I learned today that your subscription starts from the date of purchase, so if giving as a gift for a future date you should know that. Microsoft does not support this because they say Best Buy is a reseller and all issues have to be addressed to them.

    The issue with Office365 is with Outlook. Problem is the inability to send outgoing Mail via Outlook. With no documentation or User Guide and no real software support from either Microsoft or Best Buy Geek Support, it is truly a problem.
