It seems like they hate working there. Maybe the pay is not good. Microsoft wants to charge you for everything. Before, I used to pay one time for Microsoft Word, now I have to pay ever year.

Bought in store disc and had problems. When I called they wanted me to pay for help. Horrible experience.

I called best buy and was hung up on after holding to speak to someone for 45m. I emailed tp inform about my experience and asked for a refund. Now this survey? Thanks for the reminder. I will go to the nearest best buy for my refund.

Do not recommend. Use another virus protection plan, McAfee or something. This one is garbage.

Ordered this as a free option to another purchase but beware if you install it overrides an existing Microsoft suite of products.
