With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. A waist of time and money

I downloaded this product as per the instructions but it did not unlock. So now I have locked software on my brand new computer. I worked with Microsoft and Best Buy for hours and they could not unlock the software. A waist of time and money.

It didn't show up when scheduled and when it did it was a major chore getting it switched to the receiptant's name. After 2 hours on phone finally got it done. I would recommend Best Buy but I would caution the buying the program for a gift. To much of a hassle
