Prefer paying fo the license upfront. Also should have capability to have it support 3 computer like most license that you have to renew each year

I called Best Buy store to do a refund on 3/10/22 and i still don't see it. Microsoft should offer discounts for those customers renewing or wanting only 1 product not all 6 of them.
