    sucked, couldn't even download it to computer. No customer support to help. Called spoke with representatives, transferred then hung up. Emails not returned. Windows 10 users has defender, does need anything else. Roped in to a bad deal

    Bought and can not use or return. I didnt need this item but salepeople said i did.pressured me to buy to get at discounted price. I did not need it

    I got the single Office 365 and have been struggling to get it installed for the last few hours. Will most likely have to take the laptop to the Geek Squad. But the associate at the Olympia store was great and helpful.

    I’ve been trying to return the product to get my money back. The computer came with office and I did not this additional item. It has been very difficult trying to get in touch with some at Bestbuy.
