    I got the single Office 365 and have been struggling to get it installed for the last few hours. Will most likely have to take the laptop to the Geek Squad. But the associate at the Olympia store was great and helpful.

    I’ve been trying to return the product to get my money back. The computer came with office and I did not this additional item. It has been very difficult trying to get in touch with some at Bestbuy.

    This is a must have item. Either pay annually or pony up for a non-subscription copy. At least it was discounted this time. I suppose its better than it used to be since there aren't a bunch of disks that have to be installed, which took hours.

    why do I have to call BestBuy to cancel the "auto-renewal" on this product. This is a deceitful practice, and I don't intend on giving you my money anymore.
