It is difficult to use and will NOT print properly, this is why I called for support but I am not a Geek Squad member so little could be done. I am now thinking seriously about Apple Systems, and DUMPING HP and Microsoft.

I thought it was software at the time, only to find out later that it is a subscription service that only lasts one year. Save your money and get something else.
