Cliches!!!!! Does not update when typing in word. documents do not appear on document list for a while. Doesn't make sense why?

Microsoft office is a necessity, but the cloud is not.

Bought this several years ago for use in my business. Sold the business last September. Now, Microsoft will not let me access the PAID UP subscription (it had no trouble renewing in December). A few days after the renewal I was blocked from using it. Calls to Microsoft result in a robot telling me that I have nom access. The robot will not let me talk to a human being to resolve this. Never again Microsoft!!!!!!

Both Word and Excell don't work properly. The "save" tabs revert to "save as" and then the document disappears before you can save. Numerous "repair" downloads did not work or solve the problem.

Love that I can install on all my devices whether it be for school, work or my personal home desktop. Fits everyday needs and is a must have if you are as busy as me!

Most of us have used Office for years and it is still the only viable product for home or business. I spent the past year using Good Docs and it became a nuisance. While Docs is free, over time it was just frustrating since there is a lack of plugins, creating formulas are just not as intuitive, and using offline is impossible I am not a fan of subscription services, but if you are going to own Office and want all the bells and whistles the subscription is better than the standalone. One issue I had is that Best Buy requires a credit card for auto renewal. So they can charge us before we cancel the renewal.

I didn't install because it is only good for a year and I do not care to support microsoft co. The word processor and spreadsheet program that came with my Mac works just fine. I also use Open Office software that is excellent.

Best Buy employee lied when they told us that this was a one-time cost. It turned out to be an annual subscription that we've been paying every year.

I haven't had any problems like some on here report unfortunately for something that used to be free and I understand times change, I feel like the price is a little high, and it could be cheaper

This was recommended to me in the store when buying my laptop. Because they are coming out with a new version in a couple years, buying this keeps you flexible when the change over happens

Worst thing i have ever used. I was setting up my account then I made my password then got kicked out. Tried to use the password and they locked my account. Too many tries, then the virtual agent is no good. Can't find a phone number to call. The number they give is overseas. How can you sell something and not have any help. It's like buying a car with no tires, I'm not getting any where. give me some help and I will change my mind.

I do not want to renew this but there is no way to cancel on this sight! I was charged TWICE for this last year, unbeknownst to me until recently. The first have already renewed and I DO NOT want this one to renew also! HELP!!!!

So the annual price is going up from $69.99 to $99.99, or let's round up one cent $70.00 to $100.00. That is $30.00 increase a year.

Do not buy this from Bestbuy. You have limited control on the subscription. You cannot cancel it easily. Also you cannot upgrade it easily. You have to go through their support. It us a very tedious and will take multiple days and consume your time. Better buy it from microsoft

I never used it on this computer because I forgot I even bought this product
