This 365 personal software was a breeze to install I did for a year subscription because the lifetime one doesn’t give you yearly updates

I had problems transferring the office subscription after exchanging my MacBook. Microsoft said third part sellers must deal with issues, so I had to get a refund and start over. Very disappointing.

I don't know what this stuff is used for or how to use it!

I am/was a Windows 7 user and switched to this system after purchasing a new laptop. Takes some time getting familiar with the applications but....so far so good.

This is a wonderful product it was extremely easy to download and very useful for the projects I need to do on my computer

It's a good product and I use it all the time . I just wish it was part of the computer programing again and you didn't have to pay for it seperate every year

You can do almost anything with this suite. It is a mandatory application for most computers. Installation was very easy only it took quite a while to update.

This product is extremely easy to use. Simply scratch back of the card to reveal the product key and enter the key into your device.

Very easy to load onto iPad. I bought a keyboard case So it’s so easy to work on Word, excel and PowerPoint. It’s just like working on a lap top.

I was surprised this didn't come on the Surface Pro for at least a year. It is a basic system necessary to really make the Pro a computer replacement. Good product, easy to use.

Fine but hate that we're all tied to a subscription program. Just give us the software and stop gouging us every year. C'mon Microsoft.

I had terrible trouble getting this software downloaded from the website, and tech support could not get it downloaded either. They promised to call back, but never did. Eventually, I got it downloaded and now it works fine.

Great price for microsoft office; I got an additional discount since I bought it at the same time as a laptop. Can't beat it.

I immediately was using office 365 like I've had it forever. It integrated my work off my old laptop office program so I didn't need to transfer. Awesome!!

The only thing we do not like is the price & limited time period.

I have found easy to start with but I don't know if I will ever have time to fully explore the potential. I love One Drive; like having an extra hard drive.

After install, account was immediately hacked. Have contacted Microsoft numerous times and keep changing my password. I have even set up multi-factor. Requesting help is impossible (when I finally did get them on the phone the agent just kept repeating himself/somebody overseas) and they simply do not care. Waste of money. Do not purchase. This is so strange to me and a huge disappointment.

The Office line of products are fine. My job uses them effortlessly at this point. The yearly subscription is almost cruel. But it is the new reality.

As a full time student, this bundle is definitely highly required and highly used. It was a great deal and I love that how easy the download is!

As expected, and necessary but wish it was included and not an extra expense
