It's microsoft office

Decent bundle for a blank laptop

However, if already in existence, it does not upgrade the current software, but sits alongside it. This results in double icons unless specifically deleted. One must also remember to save all documents to new format or it will save to old one. This bundle was purchased since MS Publisher was not available at Best Buy as a single option. Overall, not a bad product.
