Must Pay to Play

If you need it you have to purchase it. There’s nothing that sets this product apart in my opinion other than the fact that long ago your PC came ready to go now it seems the consumer gets hit from multiple directions with extra costs.

could not activate software

I nor the Geek Squad (nice people) could get the software to activate do to what seemed like a communication issue between them and the manufacturer (Mircosoft). It was as if the activations keys (we tried more than one) were never entered in the database, and therefore could not be validated. Cant say anything negative about the product itself, which is way I checked, yes for recommend.
