I had a hard time on downloading this Microsoft, it truly was not easy. After installing the Office 365 Personal I was able to send my work and complete project. I score an average because of the difficulty of installing the Microsoft, but 5 stars because it worked.

They didn't mention that I have to go through microsoft to return and get a refund. Its been three weeks and microsoft is STILL CHECKING INTO IT. I dould have been told at the time of purchase how I had to return it. I wouldn't have purchased it. BEST BUY DIDN'T HAVE MY BACK.
