    I had problems loading office onto my computer and got an error saying I should contact this number. I did and I ended up on the phone with this guy trying to sell me a security package for my network. I was just trying to load the key code for office onto my laptop and the guy took it away by taking over my computer. Best Buy Geek squad was able to help me and loaded a new office onto my computer and saved me. Thank you Geek Squad should of had you guys do it the first time.

    After returning to my office with my computer. Documents to my business have been lost. Been trying to call Best Buy and Geek Squad to remedy the Issue and have not had any response.
