Never got to use it

However I never got to use it as to use it I had to get the super secret codes located under this really sticky tape that tore the paper or lifted the numbers off the page so 3 of the numbers were unreadable. I could not get software loaded. Took card back for another one and Best Buy refused to give me replacement as I caused the problem. Said I could call Microsoft and they would give me the right numbers. I called Microsoft and waited on phone for 30 minutes. My experience with window 10 and office 365 have seriously made me think about Apple. Microsoft codes were fine, but put it on plastic cards that won't rip off the numbers like paper

They couldn't search the key card already on my account!!!! I got the info needed myself from best buy over the telephone. The support team still would not update my new purchase. Did the install myself and returned this un-needed card.
