||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.love the whole o365 vision on buying a license etc. but now when you buy the license you get setup for automatic payment via bestbuy and you cannot change it at purchase time. The girl at the counter told me that I need to go home and then call a 800 and have them remove me from automatic renewal from bestbuy. as far the product and my overall experience with bestbuy I give it 5 stars.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Just to let you know, once you're a subscriber of Office 365, you're able to change your subscription behavior through Microsoft alone. You shouldn't have to deal with Best Buy for subscription changes.
